Church of the Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate London is
haveing met together and heard the Complaint of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
Martin Ludgate
concerning a Female. Bastard Child born in
the said Parish on the body of

on the thirteenth day of January last since
Baptize

and hath ever since the Birth thereof
been Chargeable to the said Parish and is so likely to continue
de find upon the Examination of the said

taken upon Oath that one

her body the said Female. Bastard Child. Wee the said Justices
do adjudge him the said

the Qutative Father
of the said Female Bastard Child and do Order & Appoint
him the said

Fort with upon Notice of this
our Order to pay to the said Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor or to some or one of them the sume of Seven pounds
Female Bastard Child & other Incident Charges Expended
from the Birth thereof and for the Charge of her lyeing in and
likewise that the said

do and shake weekly
and Every week From and after the day of the date of this
Order pay or cause to the paid unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor
or some or one of them and their
Suevepors for the time being the same of two shillings and
die pence for every week for and towards the relief and
Maintenance of the said Female Bastard Child wrong at the sd Female to Warden clyed shall remain
Chargeable to the said Parish and that he shall of and From
the Charge of the said Female Bastard Child att all times
here after saw harmless and Indempnifye the said Parish
of Saint Martin Ludgate
