for the sd. Citty

This Examt. saith That he and Adam Cox< no role > John Scarsbrook Richard
Taylor
< no role > Edwd. Evance Stephen Cox< no role > Thomas Whits James Davis< no role > John
Smith
< no role > William Warren< no role > Thomas Webb< no role > Did at severall times between
the begining of Novembr. last, and Saturday ye 17th. of May instant Steale
out of the Old Houses on White Fryers Dock Timber Brick & Iron
belonging to the Citty of London and Sold Severall parcells thereof unto
Thomas Broadhurst< no role > & Mrs. Pearceson and one of her person (whose
name he knows not) is a Joyner in Wine Office Court Fleet Street [..]
Particularly on Saturday last, This Examinant Edwd. Evanes
& Stephen Cox< no role > . Did steale from the said Houses & Sold unto the
said Thomas Broadhurst< no role > 1P large peices of Timber abt. [..]
lond and 3 whole Deales abt. 9 Foot long and severall other peices
of Old Stuff for one Shilling & nine pence And further saith
that Thomas Webb< no role > did steal out of the said Houses a Sufficient
Quantity of Brick & Iron to build him a Smith Forge
which this Examint. & Wm. Warren< no role > Thomas White< no role > (Alexander
Sharpe
< no role > & Wm. Harecock< no role > who are now at Gibcaltor) Did convey the same
house for him
