The Report of the Sub Committed
to whom the View of the Encroachment made by Mr.
Juke in Queen Street was referred was delivered in and
read in these words To the Worpfull Committee for
letting the Cities Sands In Psuance of Your Order
of the wth. Instant Wee have Viewed the
incroachment in Queen street made by Mr. Jukes
and find the same to be stone steps Posts and
Rails into the sd Street and doth containe in one
row seven feet and a halfe in Length at the North
and from feet six Inches & at the South end four
feet four Inches in the other row [..] Eight feet in
length and so comes off at the south and to nothing
all which wee think an incroachmt. into the sd. Street
neverthelesse submitt the same to this Worpfull
