The Examination and confession of William Hudson< no role >
taken before me one of his Maties Justices of the
Peace [..] for the city of London

This Examinant confesseth and Saith that he being several
times sent by his Master John Best< no role > to one James Cowell< no role >
a hatter in to fetch Cony Wool and other stuff for him the
said John Best his Master to make hatts for the said
James Cowell he this Examinant used as he went along
to take some of the said Stuff or wool out of the paper
which at several times amounted to about the quantity
of Ten ounces, Eight ounces, of which he sold to Joseph
Beadle< no role > in St John Street Hat maker for four Shillings
