The Informant on her oath Saith That on Saturday the
24th of this instant February Thomas Budds< no role > now prsent
and a Carman whose name as the hath been informed is
David Jones< no role > came to the house of John Petty< no role > in Jewen
Street vict and brought with them four Sacks of Malt
And after they had drank some brandy they went away
and left the said Four Sacks in the said house, the said
Thomas Budd< no role > then saying that they would call for
the said Malt an Monday next or to that Effect
