Upon the severall Petitions & Appeals of the Company of Glovers of
London And of Mordeca Knight< no role > & others Inhabitants in the Parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate in London against the severall
Rates made for the Releif of the Poor of the said Parish for the
years 1720 & 1721 whereby they are aggreived being overrate & therein
as they therein alledge And the hearing the said Appellants
haveing been for severall Sessions Adjourned It is now Ordered by
this Court That the said severall Appellants be heard upon their
said Appeals of the next General Sessions of the Peace to be held
& for the sd City in Open Court in Order to determine the said Matters
of Complaint now in Controversy [..] unless the said Appellants &
Churchwardens & Overseers do before the said next Sessions obtain
between them a hearing of the said Severall Matters in Difference
before two of the Aldermen of this City to be indifferently named
One one the part of the said Appellants and the other on the part
of the sd Churchwardens & Overseers To whom the sd. matters are Referred who shall be pleased to hear
[..] & Examine the said Matters in Difference between the sd Parties And
Report the same to this Courtto be by them
determinedin order to a [..] Determination
in the Prmisses.
