The Information of John Bennet< no role > taken upon Oath
this 21st: day of May Annoq Dom 1719

Saith that on or about the Second of May there was felonious by
Sloller from his a Drugget Coat Waistcote and Breeches, A Sad
Coloures Coat with Gold Buttons & a Plain Dragget Coat, and that
one John Trylor< no role > was then his Servant an that he went away
and Stole the said Goods and he Chargeth him with the said
Felony and further Saith not

John Tayler< no role > on his Examination Confesseth and Saith that he die
take the Goods before mentioned but that he returned them to Mr.
Bennet Except one Coat which he pawned to Mr. Clark in Plembtree
Street for Five Shillings, and one other Coat which he pawned at
the seaven Dialls for Eight Shillings and further Saith that the
said two Coats were redeemed by his Father and returned to
Mr. Bennet and further Saith not
