Ball in Goodmans Yard & was called out by

William Bateman< no role >
about five of the Clock in the Morning, who
told this Examinant & Powell that they had Stolen out of a
warehouse at Brooks warfe four Cooper Plates & that if they
would goe to the ware house they would find the dore open upon
which this Exam & Powell went & this Exam did Steal away
one Plate of Copper, & Powell Stole & Carry'd away four Plates
of Copper & this Exam Sold his plate of Copper to the Sd. Powell &
Peetree for Six Shillings & Six pence, And this Examinatnt further
Saith that on Tusday the 26th. day of this Instant Janry. about two
of the Clock in the Morning he Exam with

mett with Peetree in Thames Street
who
Asked them to goe to the aforesd. Warehouse at Brooks warfe,
which they did & Powell & Bateman did Brake into the ware-
house & there handed out Tenn plates of Copper & Sold them
to one Mr. Jackson in Whitecross Street
, & this Exam further
Saith that he had about twenty Shillings for his Share
