come to her to her the said Isabells House which the Dept
accordingly did and the said Isabell Boreman< no role >
did then and
there deliver to the Dept. a Paper which She said was the will
of Peter Mann< no role >
Deced on board the Queens Ship Defyance
and desired the Dept. to go along with her to Doctors Commons
to administer upon such will and to Swear herself to be the
Executrix of such will and promised the Dept. that she
would gratifye her for so doing and she further saith
that She never knew Peter Mann< no role >
a Mariner
belonging to
the said Ship Defyance and that the Depts. real Name is
Judith Mather and that She did make Oath at Doctors Comons
That She the Dept. was the Executrix in the said Paper or will
names when in reality the Dept. never had or before that time
went by the Name of Stewart< no role >
