Parish of St. Mary at White Chappell in the County of Middx
Whip maker taken before me Sr . Robert Beachcroft< no role > Mert. and
Alderman and one of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the
City of London this 27th. Day of March Anne Diu 1711 .

The Said James Edwards< no role > being Examined touching a Felony
Comitted in the Shopp of Jonathan Burton< no role > in the Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate London Linnen Draper Confesseth
that this day hee went into the said Shopp of the Sd Jonathan
Burton
< no role > , and stole thereout two pecies of Printed Linnen,
but the value thereof hee doth not know.

This is the true Confession of the sd James
Edwards
< no role > upon his Examinacon taken before me
the sd 27th. March 1711 o. Wch. he refused to
putt his name or mark to.
