upon Oath before me Roger Smith< no role > Esq
one of her Maties. Justices of the Peace of
the County of Middx the 16th day of
June Anno Dom 1710

Who Saith that he this Informant together with
John Deane< no role > als Williams< no role > and John Wetherly< no role > did
in the begining of May last goe to the house of
Mr. Nathan Hickman< no role > in Fetter Lane And did
Steale and Carry away a Silver Coffee pott and Stand
& a Silver Tea Kettle wch Said plate was Sold to Willm
Harding
< no role > in Blackamores head Alley in the Old
Bayly for Eighteen pounds & noe More, And this
Informant further Saith that he together with the
Said John Deane< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. als Williams did in April Last
Steal out of the house of person in Alderman Bery
a Silver Cupp & Silver Mugg, And that the
Said plate was Sold to the said William Harding< no role >
for three pounds & noe More Etc.
