This Informant silk & Deposeth upon his Gorgery
Path Hat on the 9th Day of Deem a Robert

in the Parish of Stepping did desire This Deponent
to bring him [..] fench of Glat ar any other
Glass; that wt sooer be brought unto him he would
Receive Them of his Deponent; also the Deponent
maketh Oath that be told the said Robert

in Gravell Cause he Thought he Cored get since
Gloss upon whith The said Robert Babbington< no role > very
much me on age this Deponent to being it unto he

it himself; Accordingly The 10th Instant in the
Morning this Deponant went to the aforsaid Empty
house and carryed away one Carge Light wch he

aforesaid Empty house; also he maketh Oath

Evening he met The said tolen Havoy sd wch. four Light
upon his should are wch The said Haddiss told this Deponent
he had at The Empty house in Gravell Cane aforesaid
And Also on monday mon the 11th. Instant This
Deponant took two Casements of Glass from The said
Empty house & caryed them into Robert Babbington< no role >
Carryed one other large Light unto the said Base- [..]
