that ye: Sd: Glanister, Tompson & one Mr.

were to be all Shared
and Ptakers in the & Fitt & gains of ye sd: Cloth and yt: ye Sd: Higison was to goe wth:
or send the sd. Cloth over into Holland & there have it sold and this Informant
also further saith that all the Scarlett Cloth aforesd: being Five Peices were
Sould to the sd: Glanister, Tompson & Highson in Tompsons House at 8s: a
yard amounting to in all abt: ye since of Twenty Nine Pounds & ad Shillings
and ye Sd. Tomson & Higison then paid this Informant in part thereof there
Sume of Tenn Pounds and

for Eight Pounds more the Morning the same Cloth were Measured
and this Informant never receive ye Eight Pounds due upon ye Sd Note
the Same being lost or Mislaid
