The Jury for the Queene present That Tristram Savage< no role > late of the Parish of St. Bridgett als Brides London
20o. Novr 13o. R Willius unper Rt Etc Unlawfully wickedly & malitiously intending to disturb and disquiet
the State and publick peace of this Realme & all the faithfull Subjects of her sd. Majty. in a Libell in the said
Indictmt. menconed and named who were late Members of the last Parliamt. held at Westmr. in ye County
of Middx Ao. 12o. my dei dni Rt. the Eleaventh day of Novr. was dissolved and to bring them into the [..]
displeasure and Evill Opinion of the said late King and to bring them into an odium and Contempt Upon diverse of his
Liege people & Subjects To ye Intent on purpose to defame and scandalize them soe that they should not be
chosen to serve in any other Parliamt. in this Kingdome of Engl at Members thereof And to raise
move & procure diverse Strifes difference and discords betweens the said Kings subjects afterwards (Vizt.)
the aforesaid (20o Novr. Ao. 13o. supradco) at London aforesaid in the said Parish of St Bridgett als
Brides and Ward of Faringdon without , and his said most false Villainous and malitious intentions to effect
& execute from the wicked and only imaginacon of him the said Tristram Savage a certain false &
odious, scandalous & malitious libell printed, intituled A list of One unanimous Club of Members
of the late parliamt. Novr. 11th. 1701. that mett at the Vine Taverne in Long Acre Who ought to be
opposed in the Ensueing Eleccons by all that intend to save their native Country from being made a
Province of France by reason of their constant voting with Davenant, Hammond, and Tredenham, & were
caught with Mountr. Ponission the French Agent, of & Concerning the aforesd. members of the late
Parliamt. (Ao 12o. Supdro) in the said Libell hereafter Pticularly named and recited well knowing that
Libell to be false and malitiously wickedly unlawfully and seditiously openly and publickly published
dispersed and sold and Caused and procured to be sold to diverse persons unknown to the Jurors the Tenor of which
fellowes in these words, figures and names of the persons Counties Villages and places in these English words
and Sentences following (Vizt.) A List Etcand recites the said Libell verbatim and litteration
as in the Printed List annexed mentionedVe List.

To the great contempt of the Queene and her laws and to the wicked and Scandalous defamacon of all and every
of the said Members of the said late Parliamt. to the disturbance and breach of the laws and to the Evill
& wicked Example of all others in the like Case offending and agt. the Peace of our Sovereigne ye Queen
her Crowne dignity
