Robert Johnson< no role > of ye Pish of St. Buttolphs Bishopsgate Cooke being duely
examined before me saith on oath, that about two or 3 months
agoe he ye said Johnson together with John Miller< no role > Joseph Ramsin< no role >
& Daniell Stillwell< no role > , did [..] att night break
into an county house adjoining to one Mr. Smiths house att ye Ship
tavern near Exeter change in the one Mr. Strand, and Went up Staires and
then breake through a wall into the aforesaid Mr. Smiths bed
Chamber and stole out thence A Gold Watch A Gold Chaine & 4
Cocketts a Silver Tankard a Silver Salt 5 Silver Spoons i Gold Ring
2 Corneham rings and divers other Goods of Value, but Saith
he was not in ye said Smiths house, but stood without to receive
the goods aforesaid and further Saith not
