behalfe Saith on Oath that on Tuesday Evening
the 10th: Instant he was Sett on abt. 5. of the
Clock by 3 men to this Informt. then unknown
& Saith yt the sd. 3 persons did Robb him of
a guineas in gold a Crasce Counter & three
halfe Coroner & abt. 18d: in Silver he being
then in Lambs Conduit feilds & the Sd: Robbers
did leave this Informt. Gag'd. & bound in
the Feilder And this Informt. Saith that he
hath Seen Edmond Githings Mr. Gibons and Thomas
Chambers

in Custody and doth verily beleive they are ye
Same persons yt did Rob him as Aforesaid

on his Maties behalfe te abt. 5. in ye Evening on
the 11th: Instant he was assaulted on the high
way near ye Pinder of Wakefeild in ye County of
Middx by three men who Robbed this Informt.
of abt. 4s: in Money and a knife & Sheafe a
Napkin & a pockett handkerchief & then they
Cruelly beare & Misused this Informt. & left him
bound & Gagged in the feilds, and this Informt.
Saith yt he doth verily beleive Edmond Githings< no role > &
Thomas Chambers< no role > whom he hath Seen in Custody were
2 of the sd: Robbers.
