Kenneth Mackenzie< no role > of the parish of St Gyles in the
Fileds in the County of Middx Gent Makth Oath that
yesterday in the Evening he this Depont Did leave a Note
in writing att the Chambers of Mr Attorny Generall in the
Unr Temple London with one of Clerks or Sewts to
acquaint him that the Lord Montgomery Did Intend
to Move the Court att the Sessions houses in the Old
Baily London this Morning that he might be Bailed
And this Depont Sayth that undr the said Note in
writeing were sett down the names of the persons
who were proposed to be Bayle for the said Lord
Mountgomery wch are as felloweth Viz Thir Lord Duke
of Norfolke The Lord Yarmonth The Lord Carinson
& the Lord Geffreys
