he had notice of being here but said Itt was not the
propper business of this Deponts said Mar to give him
notice of this master But he expected Mr Aaron
Smith< no role > should come to him & give him notice & unless
he came he the said Mr Attorny Declared he could
not tell whether he would be there or no
