that they have enterd in to a Recognizane £xx a peece be
fore the recorder of the Citty of London that One Israel [..]

< no role > should appeare at the next Sessions of [..] the
peace to be holden at Guild hall for the Citty of London
aforesaid since which time the said Israel is prest
and Carrid on bord his Majesties ship the London and
these deponents further Maketh Oath that the said
Israel was not prest by Order or direction or privaty of
these deponents in Order to prevent him from apearing
at the Sessions this day, but he was prest axadently goods
along the streets, and these deponents further Maketh
Oath that since Monday Last the day he was prest
they have Used all means posable to get him cleard
(in Order to his apearing this day at the Sessions) and
got the Rocorders sertificate to signifie that he was
a man under cayle, but the said Israel being in meadyeely
carrid on bord as soone as he was prest, and the Capt of
the said ship being at the Nere these deponents said
not got him cleare by the men that prest him, without
making applycation to the Capt which they have not beine
able to doe for want of Longer time.
