in Nottinghamsheir but Saith yt not withstanding we
he sd. to ye Docter yt he did not start the sd.
Horse or Mare but the Examint. acknowledgeth
that ye mare that he is charged wth. he had in his
Custody here at London but doth not know whether
the Mare was stolen or not and saith yt it is Compell
how he came by the Mare & farther he doth not say
