The Corporation of ye New
Bank have publickly declard that they
will lend money to ye poor upon unperish
able goods from ye value of 10th: to 20th: at
1d: for 20th P month and proportianably for
larger Sums and that they will Gred
Lumbard houses in and about ye City to
receive pawnes for yt purpose

And ye Report that they had
gott into their hands the greatest part of
the Guineas in ye Kingdome in wholly
false they haveing no more then what was
paid in ye 1200000 and what they have
received Since they as frequently pay at
23th and noe more

So yt upon ye first mencond
accot: as well as ye money they lend to
Orpham and upon tally es Etc: this Constitution
is like to be ye best & most advantageouse to
ye Kingdome yt ones coul be thought off

The Court of ye Kings bench have
Orderd and Dyer to be tryd on ye 14th Instant

We heare prdest Sone of the
Marquish of Hally fax will Sudenly be married

Court about ye Legilamacy of ye Duke of Albemarle thee being about 30
Councillors: on both Sides which Gudd So late yt we Cannel Learne ye result
A draft in makeing out of ye Fool Sodiers to be a guard for ye King all
Richmond
