Susanna Day< no role > wife of Henry Day< no role > of the
Parish of St. Olaves Southwarke in the County of Surry Marriner
maketh oath that William Roston< no role > (being one of the Persons
bound by Recognizance to appeare at the Sessions house in the
Old bayly this present Sessions for personating (Seamen) was
on or about the fourteenth day of this Instant August taken
out of this Deponts house by Timothy Tayler< no role > Mate of the
Hampton Court (who had an imprest warrant from the
Lientenant) and Carryed aboard the Said Ship as this
Depont beleives And this Depont further Saith that
the Said William Roston< no role > at the time he was Soe taken
away did earnestly beg the Said Timothy Tayler< no role > to permit
him to Stay a Shore till the Sessions were over that he
might Legally discharge himselfe and Bayle by [..]
[..] appearing according to his Recognizance but
could not prevaile And this Depont further Saith She
is Credibly informed and beleives the Said William
Roston
< no role > is Still in theire maties Service on board the Said
Ship, And further Saith not
