Who Saith that on Tuesday ye Nineteenth of
this instant December his Shop was broken
Open & that hee had feloniously Stolen from
him Eight pound of Bates Fifty Eggs & other
Goods & that hee hath in Suspicon one

Harp Ally (to doe ye Same) because hee
found in ye Roome One Tobacco Box
marked Mark Spry Ano 1673 which To-
bacco Box Mr Coays man at ye Rings lead
Tobacconest in Newgate Street put a penny
work of Tobacco in it ye night before for
ye said Thomas Hacker< no role > , & was found in ye
Shop where ye Said Burglary was Comitted
& one Jerry Keat< no role > & his wife at Peter Street
End Victualer told ye Brother of ye said Thomas
