Leonard Poe Jenner< no role > gen maketh oath that one of his
materiall Witnesses is lately dead, & that Mr. Harcourt
Mr. Mony & sendall other of his materiall witnesses
are out of Towne, soe that the cannot have them
ready to make his defence in this Cause this Sessions
Albert he has endeavoured to get them & did
hope he might have had them att ye tryall
till now upon Enquiry in ordr. to serve them wth
Spas he findes he cannot they being out of
Towne as a foresaid
