says that his maid missing the sd tankerd and noe other
person having Reene in the roome from join goeing out
to the time of missing the same this Examt did
suspect the sd persons above to have stollen the same
And thereupon wth a warrant from Ra [..] Bucknall< no role > Esqr
one of their maties Justices of the peac . Searching
the lodgings of the sd Thomas Powell< no role > and Rice Powell< no role >
with a constable prant he Foundr the sd Tanckard Soe
stolne from him in the lodging of the sd Rice

bed in the sd lodgings the sd tanckard being of vallue five pounds
