Ao. Dm 1692 touching ye. Death of Peter Housley< no role > decd.

Saith that on Sunday ye. Nine & Twentieth day of
January last past betweene Seaven & Eight of ye Clocke in
ye Evening [..] This Informt. being in ye Barr at ye Sunn
Taverne behinde ye Exchange London saw ye. decd. Runn
from ye. doore towards ye Barr & one Mr. Harvey as this
Informt. afterwds. heard his Sd. Mr Mr. Midleton call him)
pursue him & just as they came at ye Barr ye sd. Mr. Harvey
gave ye. decd. a blowe wth. a Cane over one of his shoulders
& soone after one Mr Hublon came up to them wth his
sworn drawn where upon this Informt. called out to ye
decd. & told him that there was a drawne sword & bad him
make away wth. ye decd. decd. and ye sd. Mr Harvey [..]
Houblonpursued him into ye backe yard & Mr Hublon
stood in ye Passage wth. his Sword drawne and sevall psons
comeing out of their Roomes to witt Coll Whitley a phamt
man Mr Bartlett a Lawyer of ye. Temple of Sevll. others, ye.
Sd. Mr. Houblon wth. drew into ye. Backe yard And this Informt.
Sayth that ye. decd. did Sevll. times after ye. sd. beating complaine
of a [..] paine in his head wth. hee Sd. was occasioned by ye same
beating
