The Informacon of Ann Clerke< no role >
Servant to Michaell Gillingham< no role >
of the Pish of St. Martins in the
Feilds in Com Middx .

This Informant sayth That about Five or
Six weeks since, Mr Edward Kitchen< no role > , came to
this Informts. Masters house; at the Meare
Maide by Cheareing Crosse , and bid this Informt
goe to Mr Nutter a Gold smith and tell him
that hee must come to him, presently; to her
Masters house, for there was a warrant out ye
him, and that the said Mr. Nutter would be taken
upp ulesse, he came to the said Mr Kitchen
presently, but when this Informt. came to Mr
Nutters house, his wife was at the shopp doore
and a Man with her, which this Informt. beleives
might be on of his Servants, and Enquired for
the said Mr Nutter, and told them that Mr
Kitchen was at her Masters house and must
needs speake with, him, but the said Mrs. Nutter
and servant, told this Informt. that Mr Nutter
was not within, and sayd, that if Mr Kitchen
had any business with him, hee might come
thither, And this Informt. sayes, that when shee
acquainted Mr. Kitchen, with what Mr Nutter & Servt.
did say, The said Mr Kitchen bid this Informant
goe to Mr Nutters againe, and tell him, that
unless hee came, to him, at her Masters house or to
some other place, that he would be taken app P
prsently, And then this Informt. saw the said
Mr Nutter and told him what Mr Kitchen had
ordered her, but the said Mr Nutter told this
Informt. that he would not come to him, and
that he did not care for theire warrant, And
this Informt, told the said Mr Kitchen, what the
said Mr Nutter did say, but the said Mr Kitchen
