soon after they had left of Fighting the
decease Complained that his right Jaw
was much hurt That Deponent then
went to a Surgeon who upon seeing
he deced said her Jaw was broke
and Advised him to be sent to the
Hospital which he Accordingly was
that Evening and received as a Patient
That he remained in such Hospital
untill the Thursday following when
he Died And Deponent says That
when Deceased fought and at the
time he was sent to the Hospital he
was perfectly Sober nor had he
been Accustomed to drink much for
a Considerable time before his Death
And Deponent verily believes he Died
in Consequence of the Blows he
received from Wyatt as he the deced
was before in a good State of Health
