Who upon there several Oaths say & first the sd. Charles
Pendlebury< no role >
for himself saith that on Sunday the Eighth Day of
November Instant towards the Evans. he was passing from St.
James's End of the Town
into the City he met the Prisoner Sarah

in Holborn that they called a Hackney Coach & rode in the
same for some Time but where particularly he can't tell being
a Stranger in Town and in Liquor but the [..] sd.

taken to St. Giles's
Watch house he next Morning found he
had last his Green Silk Purse containing nine Guinea in
Gold four Shillings and Six pence now produced is his
Property

then wished the
Door to in order to look at the Number of such Coach & afterwds.
got in he then asked where he must drive to the Prisoner
replyed to where she liked and afterwds. said to White Charged
he drove to the Whitechapel
accordingly & when they came there
The Prisoner ordered him to drive to Good mans Fields & afterwds. said that Bagnio was Shut up & therefore
ordered him to drive to some other Capital Bagnis upon
which he drove the Coach back from Good mans Fields
