the Watch in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone
aforesaid, that last night about half past
one o'Clock he saw the prisoner John
Learned next to the house of the other Informant
Alexander Justis when he this Informant
heard the window of the other Informant
break , that there was no other Person
near the said house at the time the window
was to broke as aforesaid except the said
John Leonard< no role > , that this Informant
immediatly ran up to the said John
Leonard< no role > and secured him, that the said
John Leonard< no role > upon being apprehended took
a Glass Decanter out of his Pocket &
threw it on the ground by which it was
broke to pieces, And he also threw the
Decanter produced on the Ground but
this Informant picked it up
