Whereas at the delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate
Holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the
Old Baly in the Suburbs of the City of London on
Wednesday the fourteenth day of January in the Twenty
ninth Year of the Reign of our Souriegn Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc Thomas Davies< no role >
Late of the Parish of Llanranog in the County of Cardigan
Labourer was and Stands indicted for unlawfully
a [..] tting John Nau< no role > [..] an officer of Excise of an
said Lord the King at the said Parish of Llanranog
in the said county of Cardigan on Shore in the excution
of this Office in Leving and Securing Forty Gallons
of Aergn Brandy and Aerty Gallons of Aerngn
Gineva and for handing apposing and Obstructing
him in the excution of his said Office and Duty

I do hereby Authorize you to enter a
note Prosegin upon the said Indictment and to
came all proceedings an the same and recognizances
entered into relation there to be for the discharged
And for so doing this shall be your warrant Dated
this Fifth day of November 1789
