The Information of Thomas Heat of Deans Yard in the City and Liberty of Westminster
Yeomans and Thomas Brown< no role > of Spice Gardens Saint George Middlesex Labourer
Taken this 30th. day of May 1789 before me John Staples< no role > Esquire One of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and first the said Thomas Heap< no role >
on his Oath Saith that on Sunday Night last he Slept with the person present who
Says her name is Frances Williams< no role > at the House of the other parson present who says
her name is Sarah Woodroffe< no role > in New Gravel Lane Shadwell that about six O Clock
on Monday Morning he Missed Frances Williams< no role > and found he had been Robbed
of a Silver Watch with a Ribbon two Metal Seals and Metal they and one pair of Silver
Shoe Buckles further Saith that the Ribbon and Metal Seal produced by Thomas
Brown
< no role > are his property and was to the Watch when Stolen from him and that he
Verily believe Frances Williams< no role > and Sarah Woodroffe< no role > are the persons. that Robbed him
of the things as above Setforth

Thomas Brown< no role > on his Oath saith that on Tuesday last he apprehended Frances
Williams
< no role > at Green hithe in the County of Kent and on Searching her he found a pieces
of Ribbon and Metal Seal which Thomas Heap< no role > says where Stolen from him as aforesaid

them that she and the man Sold the Watch at a Shop in Wapping for one Guinea and
that she Sold the Buckles to Mrs. Marshall a Silver smith in Wapping for fourteen
Shillings and six Pence
