Maketh Oath and Saith that John Rowe< no role > of Margon
Master Painter is a Material Witness for
this Deponent and without his Testimoney this
Deponent cannot with Safty take his Trialand
at this present Sessions & this Deponent further
Saith that not having been Committed until the
thirdof this Instant June and through his extern
poverty he hath not been able to obtain the
Testimony of the said John Rowe< no role > to give Evidence or
his behalf And this Deponent is informed and verily
believes that he shall be able to obtain the Testimony
of the said John Rowe< no role > at the next Sessions
