that He is a Dealer
in Cloaths that this Morning about
Twelve o Clock being at the House of Elias Glare< no role >
the Sign of
the Rising Sun in Charles Street
St Margarets Westminster
examining some Cloaths he had bought amongst which
was a Gold Laced Hatt which He sent into a Bay that while
He turned his Back to by on a fair of Boats He missed
the said Hatt taken out off he said Bag that amongst
several Person drinking in the said House He saw the
Prisoner

likewise a Gold Laced Hatt which He again put into the
said Bagg and this Informant further says that no Person
went out of the Room but the Prisoner
