That Busby, Allen, and this Examinant sat out
last Night between seven and eight o'Clock to go to a House at or near
Halsden Green
near Wilsden [..] where said Busby and Allen
told this Examinant that they knew how to get a few ShillingsThat
said Busby, Allen, and this Examinant got over the Garden Wall
of a Gentlemans House, which he hath since understood belongs to
Mr. Robert Tubbs< no role >
at Halsden Green
aforesaid where theyofStole
the Lead now Produced but in conveying the same away the said
Busby was fired at and Wounded and afterwards apprehended
together with this Examinant and the said Allen escaped.
