and put this private parts into her bodyThat she
resisted him with all her power and attempted to
cry out for assistance but he prevented her by
putting his hand upon her monththat during his
connection with her she felt something wet come
from himthat after he had done with her
he told her that if she should tell the Governor
he should he her up and horse whip herAnd
she further Saith that under the terror of
these threats she was afraid to communicate
her situation to any person during her confinement
And this Informant further upon her oath
Saith that she doth charge the said person
whose name is unknown to her And the other
person whose name the believes to be Flint
with feloniously assaulting her and forcibly
having carnal knowledge of her body
against her will and consent.
