Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Samuel Shelley< no role >
for himself says that the Paste Shoe Buckle
now produced is his property and was feloniously Stolen in
his Shop on Saturday last as he verily believes for that
on Monday Morning after the Shutters were taken down
he discovered a pane of Glass broke in his Shop window
near where the said Buckle stood And this Informant
further says he verily believes that a Shop Ticket now
produced was on said Buckle when in his Shop And
the said William Pedlingham< no role >
for himself says that on
Saturday Evening last after the Prisoner Charles Stewart< no role >
was put into his custody charged with stealing a piece
of Handkerchief from Daniel Golden< no role >
in the Stand
he searched him and between the Breeches and the
lining there of under his right Knee he found the Paste
Shoe Buckle now produced and claimed by said Samuel

and that he afterwards saw the Shop Ticket
now produced taken one of said Stewards Tob by Thomas
