Who being upon Oath saith That about Six Months
ago he became acquainted with the person now present
who calls himself Thomas Simmonds< no role > and
Soom after he became acquainted the send Thomas
Simmonds
< no role > went into a Kitchen [..] f a House near
Berkley Square and Stole a Man Coat this
Informant wanted for him on the Opposite side
the every, and this informant and the said
Thomas Simmonds< no role > Solet the sond Coat to
a Jersfer thirteen Shillings which they
shared between themThat soon after the
above felony the said Thomas Simmonds< no role > went
into a Public house in Greys Inn Lane and took out
a Small Box Containing three Ginneas
and serve this Informant one of the said
Ginneas

And this Informant further Saith
that about five months ago he in
Company with the said Thomas Simmonds< no role >
went to the house of Lord Cravenin
