this 19th. day of April 1787

Who saith that the Goods now produced, and
claimed by Mr. James Rylance< no role > , and which
were found in this Informants House by
John Atkins< no role > , he never saw until they were
found on Thursday the twelfth Instant by
the said Atkins. That he was not present
when the said Good were brought to his House,
nor doth he of his own Knowledge know, by
whom, or when, they were brought. That on
the Morning of their being found by the said
John Atkins< no role > , he was informed by this Wife,
That Charles Dixon< no role > the Woolver hampton
Waggonor , had left the said Goods at this
Examinants House, without any directions
what was to be done with the said Goods.
