at the foot of the Bed he found the Breeches and be
asked who they belonged to and the Prisoner said
They were his property and upon Something the hand
of the Bed he found the Waistcoat White the Prisoner
said was also has Property and the Stocking were also
found in the Room which he Seemed with the
prisoner and brought them away
