when he acknowledged to this Informant that he had left the
said Wheel at said David Davys< no role > -that a person now present
who calls himself, Thomas Trout< no role > This name instance is in set 4328. Prevalled on him the said
James Holloway< no role > to take it there for a Glass of gin-that in
consequence of this intelligence this Informant sent
for said Trout when he acknowledge that he had
employed said James Holloway< no role > -And the said James
Holloway< no role > saith that the said Thomas Trout< no role > hath at different
times with in five Years last part delivered to him many Coach and
Chariot Wheels at his Dinner HoursThat he desired him to
carry said Wheels to said Davys House in Charles Street
Long Acre and to deliver than to him which he didthat
said Trout used to Pay him for his trouble sometimes
that said Davy used also sometimes to give him Moneythat at the
times he so carried said Wheels to said Davys by said Trouts direction
he understood that they were sold he having frequently informed him that
said William Wright< no role > had directed him to Fond them and Pay him for his
troublethat on Saturday Night last he carried three Wheels to said Davys
and left them there he not being at homethat the next Morning
he called on said Trout who gave him One Shilling
