Who being upon Oath say, and first the said George Smith< no role >
says that above and white Window Curtain now Property is the
Property of this Informant and his Partner and was feloniously
Stolen from a Sale which he had in Grafton Street Tottenham
Court Road on Wednesday the twenty Sixth instant
the said Henry Broker< no role > for himself saith that about half
past three o Clock in said Wednesday afternoon he heard
one Lydia Ducan< no role > Servant tosaid Richard Denew< no role > Partner
of said George Squibb< no role > making an Alarm that she had seen
a Man running down the Hairs with a Bundle which he
had Stolenthat he pursued Said Man and apprehended him at the
Bull Inn in Tottenham Court Road that on searching
said Man he found under his Seat the said the said Windows
CurtainThat after securing him he asked him what
his Name was when he replied that his Name was John
