one of his MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace for the said
City and Liberty [..] this 31st. Day of March 1786

Who Saith that all the Linen Drapery Goods now produced
and which were found in a Box in the Lodging of William
Heath< no role > at No.19 in New Compton Street were carried
and left there by the Examinant about ten days
since and which said Goods were stolen at different
times in the shop of the said Joseph Earl< no role > by him this
Examinant and all this of his Own free and
voluntary Will he confesseth and acknowledgeth
