John Potter< no role > Beadle of the Parish of Saint
Mathew Bethnal Green Saith That last
Friday Morning the Tenth Instant Informant
was going by the Church Gates at Bethnal Green
And a Woman in Heaths Yard Called to
Informant and told him there was a Child
Pointing to the Place where the Child Lay
That there was a Paled Fence between the
Woman and the ChildThatother wasthe Child was loose
in a Piece of white CallicoeThat it did not
Appear to Informant to have any Marks of
ViolenceSaith That he fetchd a Person
from the Work house to take the Child there
and went there with it

Green Weaver Saith That being at Bethnal Green
Workhouse on Friday Morning last She
Examined the said Deceased Child
And she hath Examined it again to day
That there do not Appear any Marks of
Violence about the ChildThat it is at is
Hath hair on the Head and Nails on its Fingers
and ToesThe Navel String is not Secured
as it should have beenThat it is a very
large Child and may have Died in the Birth
Saith That she cannot say any thing else was the
Cause of the death of it
