Informant immediately suspected they had stole the
same in the house where he saw them come out at
in Blossom street aforesaid, Saith That the man who
had things in his Apron went down Magpye Alley
towards Shoreditch , And the other man who had the
Bindle under his Arm came towards this Informant
and when he came upto him, he seized hold of him
and charged him on his suspicion of a Robberry
the man immediately threw down the Bundle
and struggled himself loose from this Informant
and ran away, This Informant then called out
stop thief and a man then comming by tripped
up his heels and he was secured and delivered
upto a Peace Officer, And Saith That Benjamin
Godhead< no role > the Prisoner now under Examination is
one of the two persons that came out of the house
in Blosson Street aforesaid with the Bundle under
his Arm now produced by Henry Banford< no role > a
Peace Officer
