Who being upon Oath saith that between 6 and 7
o Clock in the Evening of Sunday the 9th. Instant William
Wynne< no role >
(now in Custody) and Driver of the Hackney Coach
No 137 was call'd with his Hackney Coach to take up this
Informant and others at Osburnes Hotel
in the Adelp
he
together with several Boxes amongst which was a Box
containing a Silver Waiter 6 Silver forks a pair of Knee
Buckles a Shirt Buckle and a Pocket Books containing
3 Bonds to the amount of £800 and upwards which
said Box was left in said Wynn's Coach when this
Informant and Company were sat down that Evening
at No 9
Orchard Street

missing the Box immediately on his being sat down
he pursued the Coachman but could not find him
that after various enquires he apprehended said Wynn
on the Thursday following who confessd to this Informant
that he had pledgd the said Box and its contents for
