law tried and Convicted on a certain Indictment against him the said

for that he on the nineteenth day of May in the twenty
third year aforesaid with force and arms at the parish aforesaid in the County
aforesaid one two wheel Cart of the value of four pounds of the Good and
Chattels of
[..] duke Dodsworth then also there being found feloniously
did steal take and carry away against the peace of our said Lord the King
his Crown and Dignity and thereupon the said

and then ordered and adjudged to be transported to some of His Majesty's
Colonies and plantations in America
for the term of Seven years pursuant
to the statutes in such Case made and provided Dated the 20th. day of February
1786.
