charged [..] on suspicion of Felony by John White< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the said
[..] City and Liberty, Mercer
; and taken before me Nicholas Bond< no role > Esquire
one of his MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace for the said City
and Liberty [..] this 2nd. Day of February
17 86

Who saith that she is the Wife of Samuel Francis< no role > , that
she was Married to him at St. Giles's Church the 22d day of
September last - that the Drawer in which the Damask now
produced was found belongs to her, and contain her things - but
how the said Damask came in said Drawer, on who put
it there she cant say - that she cannot tell how the Card of Coat
Buttons came there or who put them there - that she looked in said
Drawers last Sunday but did not see either the Damask or the Buttons
there that last Night between 10 and 11 oClock her said Husband went to bed
and got up between 7 & 8 oClock this Morning that she doth not Know
Mc. Donald nor did Mc. Donald or any Person call on her Husband this
Morning at her lodgings, but went out by himself about 8 oClock - that
on Tuesday last her Husband did not dine at home - that he came home
by himself about 4 oClock in the afternoon - that he drank tea at home
and did not go out again that Evening - that a little after 10 oClock he
eat some bread and Cheese drank a pint and an half of Porter and
went to bed to her at 11 oClock - that he got up
Yesterday Morning about 8 o'Clock
