maketh oath
that on the 13. of January Instant about the how of
Ten at Night he saw his house and Warehouse in
Since house aforesaid well fastred and he went to
bed, that the next Morning about the house of Seven
[..] he arose and found that his Warehouse had
been broken open and entired by some Persons by breaking some boards of the
outside the Warehouse and getting through a
necessary there into the Warehouse and that
some Rope had been stolen therein about two Tons,
and that from the Warehouse they had entered his
Washhouse and Stolen from thence six Cakes of
Ginger bread that this Informants Dwelling house
Store house and Wash house are all under me Roof
and adjoining to the River Thames
and upon
finding it so broken & robbed he got assistance and
went down the River
