being sworn and examined
on the day and year and at the place above mentioned
upon his Oath saith That on Thursday the
sixteenth day of November Instant between the
Hours of Six and seven in the Evening the Deceased

came into the House of
Deponent much wounded on the left Sholder wrist
and face and said I am murdered I am murdered
by some Williams That he bled exceedingly and
Deponent then finding or supposing his wounds
dangerous took him to the House of a Surgeon
of the name of Mr. Jameson and he not being
within he fetched a Mr. Patrick who together
with Mr. Jameson, who had then returned
dressed his wounds-the deceased was then
put into a Coach and carried as this Deponent
